The signs are not good.!!

The World Health Organization estimates that physical inactivity is responsible for 1.9m deaths every year. In the US, a third of adults are obese, and a quarter of them admit that they spend virtually no leisure time on exercise. A recent study by the University of Hong Kong found that lack of physical activity was linked to one in five deaths in the City. Another study found that he long working hours and lack of exercise had left Hong Kongers in their 20’s and 30’s with breathing capacities of men and women much older!
